There will be no Cancellations for orders placed.

Exchange of the product will only be done, if the product received is damaged.

Refund and exchange can be generated on certain criteria’s:
* If product is damaged- Videos and pictures are needed for any exchange of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving. Mail us at care@wildfloweressential.com. Further we will either refund or exchange the products.
* If a wrong product is delivered- We will re-send the product. Videos and pictures are needed within 24 hours of receiving the product and send it to care@wildfloweressential.com.
* Used products will not be accepted.
* Product and packaging should be intact condition.
* If we will re-send a product, it will take 7 working days.
* If we generate a refund, it will take 7 working days.
